Apotheca Wellness House

Join us in person at our wellness house for a 1 hour group yoga class. Each class will be taught based on the students that are in attendance and will bring a focus to the therapeutic benefits of Hatha yoga and building a home practice. 

Mats and props will be provided.

*(If you rsvp to a class and fail to give a 12 hour cancellation notice, your credit card on file is subject to a $20 class cost.) Please be practical and mindful of others  when booking, as this is a very small space and we would like everyone to attend who would like to.
