Focused-Area Massage
Bringing focus and techniques to offer release in a localized area. This is great option for those with busy schedules, frequent repeat visits or for a first-time massage experience.

30 Minute Massage

A 60 minute Swedish Massage that is customized to each client's needs and goals.  Each session can range from a full body massage or to focus on a specific area of tension, and may include a combination of relaxation or therapeutic techniques.

60 Minute Massage

A 90 minute massage that is customized to each client's needs and goals.  Each session can range from a full body massage or to focus on a general area of tension, and may include a combination of relaxation or therapeutic modalities. The additional time allows for both the therapeutic effects to take place, with enough time for the mind and body to settle into a deeper state of restoration.

90 Minute Massage

120 Minute Massage (2 hour) 

A 2 hour massage that is customized to each client's needs and goals, with plenty of time to unwind and release throughout the entire body.   This is a great option for those who would like a full body massage with some additional care to specific areas that a release is desired.   The additional time allows for both the therapeutic and energetic effects to take place, with easeful time for the mind and body to settle into a restful state of relaxation.

120 Minute Massage

Join us in person at our wellness house for a 75 min group yoga class. Each class will be taught based on the students that are in attendance and will bring a focus to the therapeutic benefits of Hatha yoga and building a home practice. 

Mats and props will be provided.

*(If you rsvp to a class and fail to give a 12 hour cancellation notice, your credit card on file is subject to a $20 class cost.) Please be mindful of others when booking, as this is a very small space and we would like everyone to attend who would like to.

A private 1:1 hatha yoga session. Develop, fine-tune and explore asana with a personalized sequence and tips to build a home practice.  We will utilize props, offer hands-on adjustments and work together to reach your defined goals.

Private yoga - In Person (30 min)

A private 1:1 yoga session. Develop, fine-tune and explore asana with a personalized sequence and tips to build a home practice.  We will utilize props, offer hands-on adjustments and work together to reach your defined goals. Sliding scale pricing is available for this session: $60

Private Yoga - In Person (60min)

a one-on-one yoga session to meet the goals of the student. Learn the basic or moderate principles of foundation postures or build onto your home practice.  Sliding scale pricing is available for this session: $90

Private Yoga - In Person (90 min)
